Awful experience. Commercialisation of Christmas at it's finest. Treated like cattle in a market. I know you are obviously busy but seriously not enjoyable. Regret going - not for me. Place was well decorated and meeting Santa was nice, rest of the experience just ruined it.
Sorry this experience wasn’t for me. The magic was lacking and it was just unprofessional. The waiting area at the start was an empty cold hall with a screen for the kids… deflating after the magical entrance with all the lights coming up the hill. Then we went to second hall… Santa coming down the chimney was good but then Mrs Claus and elf were really disappointing. Mrs Claus was grumpy and the elf’s trousers kept falling down! Again another screen was pulled out to entertain the kids. My kids enjoyed it but I was unimpressed and wouldn’t recommend to spend all that money.
Visited the cottage today. Having only seen the likes of Santa in Victoria Square this was a drastic change. Grounds to walk around and lots of elfs to interact with. Location was decorated perfectly and is a credit to the owners. Staff/elfs and Santa were all brilliant, our two year old got a little overwhelmed by the enterance but the stff and santa handled it well. The only bit of advance for anyone thinking of going is maybe make sure your child is out of the toddler phase. We will be back just many in a few years
