Discover the charm of central London through the elegant streets of Chiltern and Dorset, where timeless style meets artisanal craftsmanship. These streets are home to an extraordinary range of independent shops offering beautifully made, classic products you won’t find anywhere else. For gentlemen, this experience includes visits to renowned menswear destinations such as Grey Flannel, Dashing Tweeds, John Simons, and Casely Hayford — each celebrated for its distinctive designs and impeccable personal service. For women, the area offers equally refined boutiques showcasing handmade shoes from Turkey, naturally dyed jackets crafted from recycled fabrics, and effortlessly chic pieces from UK, French, Italian, and Japanese designers. Don’t miss the elegant velvet suits by Bella Freud, whose cosy boutique exudes relaxed sophistication.
Beyond fashion, Chiltern Street brims with treasures waiting to be explored — from artisanal jewellery workshops and leather stores to whisky and woodwind shops, art galleries, and the exquisite fragrances of Cire Trudon’s candles and perfumes. Between browsing, you can unwind in one of the delightful cafés known for serving some of the best coffee in London. If time allows, the exploration can extend into Marylebone, an area equally rich in unique, high-quality independent shops. The experience lasts for five hours, including four hours of boutique exploration and one hour for refreshments, which can be customized — whether you prefer breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, drinks and canapés, or a light dinner. I’m lucky enough to work on Chiltern street, so the Hart is my new local. We ate here last Sunday and weren’t completely sure about the menu as they don’t give much of a description on food items, but I’d only heard great things and was ready to enjoy. Sunday afternoon and the place has a real buzz about it. Has that feeling of a local gathering spot. The lady on the front door was really lovely and directed us to the restaurant on the second floor. So we ordered the pigs head with egg for starter and cauliflower soup and some cheese straws to start. All amazing but think you could give the soup a miss if I’m being completely honest. We both had the steak and potatoes for main and it was by far the best we’ve had in a very long time. We both shared the pofitorol for dessert and it was truly smacking and covered in caramel nuts. Staff are top notch, decor has that slightly older and warm feel about it. All in all great experience and we’ve already booked for a weekday evening meal in December.

Sunday lunch at the new kid on the Marylebone block…tasty food, though the bubble & squeak was more “bubble” than “meal.” Wish there was a proper roast served at the restaurant. Upstairs was a bit of a squeeze, but the cool bar downstairs earns it a few brownie points.

An incredibly beautiful evening ! Came for an early dinner on the top floor, the restaurant is cosy and candlelit, it was lovely seeing the place fill up for the evening. We asked the waiter for recs and were not disappointed. The crab cakes, mince roll and Kedgeree were delicious. The banoffee pie is a must to finish off ! Service was warm, friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to come back soon :)

Dinning area was so hectic on Friday night. Perfect atmosphere, interior is too pretty! Food was soooo goood, we ordered crab cakes as starter, kedgeree and steak & potatoes as main. We dont know his name but the staff serving us is so friendly! We also ordered desserts, LOVE THEM SO MUCH. The only imperfection was we hope the table could be held slightly longer but we understand friday night is always busy! Will definitely come back again!

A great new addition to Marylebone and in particular a welcome addition to Chiltern street, which has been more quiet then usual as we all know. The pub has several floors, ground floor has the pub, first floor is the kitchen and second and third floors are the seated restaurant. Outside standing and seating available. The ambiance inside is lovely, the design is great, I loved the interior! Overall, a new Marylebone favorite.
