Excellent experience. Have used this business to help book transportation in Antigua and most recently a private Tikal day adventure. Very communicative, always on time and quality to details. The Tikal trip was so fun trekking thru the forest and seeing around the ruins. Our guide was very informative. We had a delicious lunch and felt very safe in the van and with our guide. I highly recommend d using this guide company for your Guatemalan experience.

We used this company for airport transportation for our wedding in Antigua. While they were reliable in terms of timing, the customer service was disappointing. Several of my guests had negative experiences, and overall, their attitude came off as quite rude, some of their rules were in place just as a money grab. Out of all the vendors we worked with in Antigua, this was by far the worst experience. If I were planning again, I would choose a different company.

I was recently in Antigua (Aug 9-15th '25). I was staying at a relatives house in San Pedro Las Huertas, just outside of Antigua on a backroad not recognized by Google or Waze maps. I happened to stumble upon Antigua Tours by Elizabeth Bell while my wife was shopping at Cafe Condesa. I was stressing the whole day about our transport that I hadn't reserved yet the next day for the airport in Guatemala City. The gentleman at the office on site was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to ensure a driver would be available the next day short notice. I explained to him that the pick up address was difficult to find on google maps and the road was sort of narrow. He made every effort to locate our location and we decided that if we had to, we would walk a short distance the next morning to a location around the corner that the driver was definitely familiar with. Next morning the driver found our exact location, we didn't have to walk a few blocks with 4 fairly large pieces of luggage. Extremely happy with the service and very reasonable price for private transport Antigua to GUA airport. They went above and beyond with service. The driver was great and the ride was comfortable. The man at the office by Antigua Central Park (next to Cafe Condesa) and the driver were top notch service!
