Great activity, we saw a lot of things we wouldn't have seen otherwise, off the beaten path. Seeing them from a comfy speedboat in the lagoon with the guide and their explanation is priceless. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay in Venezia! The apartment was spotless, incredibly well located—just a short walk from Piazza San Marco—and exactly as described. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and communication was fast and helpful throughout. Our host also gave us the best dinner recommendation of the trip: Osteria da Carla, which became our favorite. Highly recommend this stay!

A clean room conveniently located near Piazza San Marco at a reasonable price. Enjoy excellent soundproofing, a welcoming living room, and a kitchen shared with just two other guest rooms. The hostess, Annalisa, is incredibly kind and accommodating.
Great location in San Marco. Rooms felt a little old but were clean nonetheless. Annalisa and Rosella are very sweet. The guest house is on the first floor and there is no elevator. We had big bags so we found it hard to lug it up and down the stairs. Other than that our stay was pleasant and I would recommend
