We were given the keys and told the car was outside. Hit the unlock button and the car lights will let you know where it is. No instruction and nothing in the glove box to give any instruction on how to operate the car. All the person wanted was the €3500.00 on my credit card covering excess insurance. The car was supposed to be an SUV. It's a KIA hybrid. It's got 50,000 miles on the clock. The sat nav couldn't even find our hotel in Belfast. This car and the lack of service is ruining our holiday.
Very happy with the convenient, quick and easy way to collect the vehicle. Customers - Please, Please make sure you take photos of ALL damage to the hire vehicle prior to driving off and MAKE SURE you check the vehicle inspection report that Thrifty sends to you. Mine did not match. If I hadn't taken photos of all the damage prior to driving off, and then emailed it back to the Thrifty to update their inspection report, I could have been charged for all the pre existing damage that was not on their inspection report. Thank you.

Both pick up and drop off were easy and painless - no hard sell of extra insurance or other add-ons that I have experienced at other rental desks. The vehicle was clean, gassed up and ready to go when we arrived. The documentation was easy to complete with electronic delivery of both the rental agreement and the inspection report. Most importantly the vehicle ran well with no mechanical or electrical issues.
Staff is awesome!! Only disappointing past is that you can drop the car after hours, so if you want to rent the car only for Saturday , you still have to do booking for 2 days. In United States we had that an option which was very convenient. Something to think about for company.
Kayaking through the mangroves of this nature preserve was both a beautiful and educational experience. Jessica was patient, knowledgeable and fun. We had a great time.

Beautiful kayak paddling tour through South Florida mangroves; it’s like hiking through a forest except you’re in a kayak: narrow passages through shady mangroves, ducking under low-hanging branches, the silent solitude of paddles gently stroking quiet waters; the occasional sighting of bird or marine wildlife. Our biologist guide Dylan obviously loves his job as he patiently explained all the wonders we beheld. It was the highlight of our week in Naples. Highly recommend!
This is my third trip and Elliot was an awesome guide!!! It didn’t hurt that we had a perfect weather day and we learned so much about the local wildlife and the environment. Would definitely do it again.
