Beware of this company, they offer great rates then rip you off on exorbitant insurance which you must take or else they will not rent the car to you. I had a policy that specifically stated that I was covered in Ireland which they would not except. The insurance they wanted me to pay was Euro 671 for 11 days, for an intermediate vehicle. They do not disclose the cost of insurance beforehand, you only find out the cost at the rental counter. Crooks.
The counter representative was very pushy, insisting that they would not accept any insurance unless purchased directly from them—meaning insurance from Booking.com, Expedia, or even my own credit card rental protection was not accepted. They required a letter from my credit card company confirming coverage, which is very difficult to obtain on the spot, especially when dealing with different time zones. My recommendation for tourists is to book through the .ie website and include full insurance to avoid this hassle. Overall, the pushy upselling was very disappointing.
Advised my wife to add insurance on the rental, and they tried to push extra stuff and she's refused all extra services but they managed to added something in the insurance contract and she had to pay something she didn't ask for, so whether you read the contract or you'll be possibly be charged something you didn't ask for.
all was easy and perfect for us (booked despite all the bad reviews). We went with carhire (which is in the same company/building from europcar). Fast pick up, clean car, good price, easy return.

Disgusting experience. Bring your own lube!!! Exactly the same as the comment below. Gangsters who say your credit card doesn't cover and rip you off for insurance. What was supposed to cost $500 ended up costing me $950. Back to visit a sick father, I just wanted to get home. Praying on the weak after a 16 hour journey, slipping in charges without proper explanations. When I phoned them to address the situation, I was cheekily told "It is not our responsibility to read the contract". That phonecall ended with them hanging up on me. What happened to the great Irish hospitality we should be proud of?!?! These guys don't give a damn about the customer, never again: Booking.com--Carhire.ie--Europcar!
Kayaking with Katie was amazing! She kept us engaged and taylored our activity to our two young kids. She found adventure at every stop and took awesome photos for us. 10/10 stars and will definitely return in the future!
Beautiful kayak paddling tour through South Florida mangroves; it’s like hiking through a forest except you’re in a kayak: narrow passages through shady mangroves, ducking under low-hanging branches, the silent solitude of paddles gently stroking quiet waters; the occasional sighting of bird or marine wildlife. Our biologist guide Dylan obviously loves his job as he patiently explained all the wonders we beheld. It was the highlight of our week in Naples. Highly recommend!
This is my third trip and Elliot was an awesome guide!!! It didn’t hurt that we had a perfect weather day and we learned so much about the local wildlife and the environment. Would definitely do it again.
