A very pleasant encounter. The chef, explaining in Italian how to knead the dough and showing how to properly place and rotate it in the oven, is definitely a treasure of this place. Ultimately, the pizza was delicious, and the tiramisu was heavenly.

The walking tour was incredible this morning - a fantastic way to get to know the key areas of the city. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about all different parts of the city and history, ranging from the very start of the city with the Norman, Christian and Arab influences, right the way up to recent history regarding the Mafia and politics. Overall a really great experience, great value for money and highly recommended

My husband and I decided to experience a cooking class in Palermo, Sicily. We had so much fun learning how to make pizza and chocolate gelato with our fantastic chef Federico. He was friendly, patient, funny, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained step by step the process and then we went to work with his guidance and good advice. We are super satisfied with our experience at this cooking class with our chef Federico. We recommend it to everyone and we will tell our friends and family to book this class for sure. Keep up the incredible work Federico 😁👍🇮🇹🍕🍨!

Words can’t describe the emotions we experienced during this pizza and gelato cooking class. The instructor was incredibly charismatic and fun—she answered all our questions, even the ones not related to cooking. My husband and I completely lost ourselves in the process and fully immersed in the experience. We also met some lovely new people and had great conversations. And there was wine—lots and lots of wine. It’s an amazing way to spend your time, and I 100% recommend it to everyone!

Amazing! Price is fair, tours comprehensive with knowledgeable guide (excellent English too) and cooking class (pizza & gelato with Salve) were exceptional. Book one or more without hesitation. I did the 3 hr morning walking tour, followed by the 2 hr visit to the palace & chapel and in the evening (6:30) joined an informative, hands-on & tons of fun cooking class for pizza and gelato. I learned that Sicilian gelato uses born starch & never egg yolks. The group was an excellent size, the facility was professional, clean, well-equipped & ample. The chef instructor was charming, knowledgeable & an excellent communicator. He kept everyone engaged and provided positive encouragement through the 3-hour experience. I’m 71 and there were participants of all ages, including a large group of Dutch girls, Croat friends & a Welch couple who were wonderful to chat with and enjoy the evening. Loved loved it. I’d do all three again…and in one day, it’s easily doable. The company is exceptional. Excellent communications, reminders, discount coupons & friendly host in office and guide was wonderful (Stefania). BOOK IT!
