I went to the onsen alone and absolutely loved it! I spent almost the whole day there 😊enjoying the hot baths, relaxing, and even taking a nap in the super comfy nap space. The restaurant is also really nice with good food. Such a perfect place to unwind. I’ll definitely go again!

an impressive set up and operation, representing the Japanese Onsen in Bangkok. The effectiveness of the welcome, check in as well as well as service sales showed a well run and established operation. As a new comer and first timer i missed a bit the explanatory side for the run down in the onsen. There are many a cultural faux pax a gai jin firsttimer wants to circumnavigate. Not to mention the up- and ad-sales opportunities. All in all a memorable experience, also extending to the subsequent massage after the onsen!

I visited Yunomori Sathon 10 and left with a generally positive impression. Key points: Ambience and facilities - Ambience:Calm, clean, and relaxing; feels more upscale than some onsen-style venues. - Resting areas: Significantly larger than the Sukhumvit branch, offering more space to unwind. - Pools: Bigger and inviting, with a comfortable variety for a leisurely soak. Service and cleanliness - Staff presence: Limited staff patrolling the pool areas, so oversight felt minimal. - Hygiene/etiquette: Towels were sometimes washed in the pool area, and there were lapses in etiquette—some ladies had hair down, and a male guest wore shorts in the pool. - Language encounter: The yukata attendant spoke Thai to me, but I don’t speak Thai. When I mentioned this, her mood turned unfriendly and she explained the onsen rules more sternly. This left a negative impression. - Comparison note: For better service, the Sukhumvit branch generally feels more attentive and better staffed around the facilities. Overall impression - Yunomori Sathon 1 shines with its spacious resting areas and larger pools, offering a relaxed experience overall. Main improvements would be more visible poolside staff to ensure comfort and stricter pool etiquette to maintain cleanliness. The interaction with the yukata attendant also suggests a need for more language-friendly, customer-focused service. If service quality is a priority, Sukhumvit might be the more reliable option.
