DO NOT … I WILL SAY, DO NOT TAKE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. This service took payment for a big bus to Key West but sent me and my family and Baby on a shuttle which has the least wiggle room. The shuttle transporter told me the big bus broke. The service company says they did not have numbers for a big bus so sent a shuttle. Too many lies. And when I called they first blatantly denied they ever send people in big bus and then eventually agreed that our trip number of people did not cross big bus threshold. What a sham! Do not ruin your trip by trusting this agency, go to more reliable ones. I wish I could give them zero stars. My kid is 3yrs old, wanted the comfort of the big bus. The shuttle driver even after hearing my issue did not stop and driving all the way to Key West without even listening our concerns. I am holding my kid in arms all the way as he cannot take the sharp movements of a shuttle. This is brutal.

We’ve always loved hop-on hop-off tours, but this was our first bad experience. We got on the tour in Miami Beach, and unfortunately, the guide spoke very limited English, so it was almost impossible to understand the directions or commentary. The instructions throughout the tour were so unclear that everyone on the bus seemed confused and worried about being left behind—it wasn’t just us. Normally, these tours are fun and informative, and you leave having learned something interesting about the city. This time, the only thing the guide was clear about was promoting restaurants and attractions where he seemed to get commission for dropping off tourists. I would give zero stars if I could. I normally give five, but this experience was extremely disappointing.

I too was scheduled for the 1 oclock tour on the double decker bus today. Yes there was an accident and the bus was late. Stuff happenes. While they did offer ponchos for 5 dollars cvs across the street sold them for even more. The staff in my opinon was very friendly. I would say that the attitude you feed out into the world will be reciprocated to you. The bus driver was great and the tour guide was amazing as well.
