Booked shuttle 2 weeks in advance and included flight info as they requested so they can monitor delays or early arrival and adjust their pick up. They weren’t at the airport. They wouldn’t answer their phone lines. Other passengers on our plane had already been picked up and gone, we were still waiting for our shuttle. Over an hour of waiting and failed attempts to reach them, they finally showed up. The driver was quite careless, he mounted his phone to the dashboard and was watching videos as he drove. All along he never hit below 85 mph and kept swerving to avoid colliding with other vehicles and pedestrians.
We booked this company to pick us up from Cancun airport and take us to resort in player del Carmen. Excellent service, there communication was excellent, very detailed as to where and how to find them at the airport. The driver picking us up from resort back to airport arrived exactly on time. Can’t beat their prices, drivers friendly. Would book with them again.
We used eTransfers in Cancun. They communicated very well and frequently kept us updated through email. They were easy to find at the airport and we had our own private van which was so much nicer than having to share a shuttle with other random passengers which may have a wait time of 1-2 hrs, but with eTransfers we only had to wait about 10 mins. They even gave us goody bags with masks and a sanitizing spray which was a very nice touch that they were conscious about our safety. I will definitely use eTransfers from now on.
I am very impressed with the communication and customer service. I contacted 'e-transfers' via the chat option early in the morning to ask if they could arrange a shuttle for me for a couple of hours later so I could book a last minute flight out of the country. We moved our chat over to Whatsapp and the communication was very easy to understand and they were quick to respond. The shuttle was 3 mins late, and when I replied to the chat inquiring for after the ETA, they replied saying they would look into it straight away. We paid for a private shuttle and it was clean, and the service was great. We got to the airport ahead of the estimated time. The only thing which I think could be improved is the consistency of the name e-transfers vs airport hotel shuttle (or however else it may be shown). When paying for a service in a foreign country, this inconsistency made me a little nervous.
We had to wait around 15-20 min for the shuttle when we got to the Cancun airport which wasn't too big of a deal, and then they didn't even have water bottles or anything for us (although we paid an extra $10 for the upgraded ticket or whatever that we thought said included that). They did give us a little mask and bottle of hand sanitizer though. Besides this minor thing, the drivers were very kind and friendly and everything else was smooth! Would recommend:)
