They organised a cool trip for us. We went to Prison Island, Stone town and Spice farm. Specially interesting was the spice farm with tasting and small lunch. Thanks to the guide for showing us the rooftop coffee shop. We had an amazing guide, that’s why 5 stars.

What a great day . Got picked up at 4am from our hotel . The driver Achmed was great giving us a guided driver there and back. Got to the airport everything was done professionally and smoothly. Then we got to Mikumi and what a great day our driver Asenga was very professional pointing out all the animals and showing us all what we wanted to see. Being so close to the animals was amazing . A excellent day and worth every pound. Thank you

⚠️ SCAM WARNING – AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS ⚠️ I strongly advise anyone considering this safari agency to look elsewhere. This was not just a bad experience ! it was a complete scam and a serious safety risk. THE MAIN TROUBLES : Dangerous and Irresponsible Conduct: At one point, we were made to get out of the vehicle many times with a lion only 30 meters away. No warning, no protection, no explanation. The vehicles got stuck in the mud four times, and we were repeatedly exposed to risk with no safety protocol. The guide even asked us not to take pictures because it would hurt the agency’s image. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Massive Time Loss – Only 1h40 of Real Safari: Out of an entire day, we only did about 1 hour and 40 minutes of actual safari. The rest of the time was wasted due to a delayed flight, pointless detours to “help” other vehicles, long breaks, and early return to the airport. The guide drove around aimlessly, we spent over 1.5 hours doing absolutely nothing productive in the morning, didn't stop for pictures and the afternoon was cut short by 2 full hours we spent in the mud. Unbelievable. Terrible Organization and Zero Transparency: The guide barely spoke French as advertised, gave no clear plan, and never explained the multiple changes. At the end of the day, we were supposed to fill out feedback forms. Our guide, seeing everyone’s faces, apologized repeatedly but didn’t hand them out. His colleagues even said: “No point, they won’t write anything good.” This kind of behavior is disgraceful and shows they know exactly how poor the service was. False Promises, No Service, and No Refund: We paid a premium price for this safari and waited months for what was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Instead, we got a chaotic, rushed, disappointing, and unsafe day. Despite all the issues, they refused to be fair with us and the director Saleh was lying to me and hang up on me twice when we called. This agency clearly does not care about your safety, experience, or satisfaction — only your money. This was an outright scam, not a safari. Do not trust this agency.
