Booking was way easier than expected. I booked on a certain day at a certain time and went to the place to pick up the bikes and everything was easy. We had a truck to pick up the bikes because we were going to start from somewhere else, but there is a trail right behind the unlimited biking store that runs through alexandria all the way to DC. We simply came in, gave our names, and got fitted for proper bikes. Bikes worked perfectly fine, and fit all of us great. Seats on the male bikes were a little stiff but we all still biked 16 miles just fine. Highly recommend booking with them. Staff was nice and friendly as well!

Great customer service! They helped our big family of 7 get fitted with the right bikes and made all of the adjustments for a smooth ride. They reassured us if we had a chain fall off or any mechanical problems to call them and they’d meet us anywhere on the trail to repair. The bikes were in decent shape and we felt like we were in good hands. The only recommendation I have is to have one of the employees lead the riders out to the trail and point them in the right direction. It’s not clear where the Mt. Vernon trail starts, which direction to go and where the trail begins and ends. You have to ride through the city to find the trail and several times you get off and on the trail which can be super confusing. We got lost a few times and had to rely on locals out walking to redirect us. Other than that, we had a good experience!
