Very impressed with the bunk bed. We ordered online and heard nothing for a week but then we got a phone call and the beds were delivered that day. So allow roughly a week from the date ordered. We did the assembly ourselves and took about 5 hours. The kids love them and we really like the storage for teddies and books along the side. There are glow in the dark stickers along the steps of the ladder
Just wanted to drop you a note to say how pleased I am with the bunk beds. They are very sturdy and so delighted I got you guys to assemble also. Dean, the assembly guy was brilliant, so professional and thought of everything. He was very considerate as I was working from home. Great product, poor service...... Quality of the beds was very good. However, we had 2 major issues with delivery: 1) order was mixed up, wrongs boxes were delivered; 2) wrong type of mattress was delivered (inappropriate for top bunk bed). So after waiting for nearly 3 months to get bed delivered (COV-19 impact, so nothing to do with the shop); we had to wait 2 more weeks to get everything in order. Customer Ops team was not very apologetic, acted as if they were doing us a favor to exchange products (it was their mistake in the first place); did not offer anything to compensate for mistake (I asked for a discount price for bed assembly, got none, they were not even able to squeeze us in for assembly slot). Won’t be ordering from that source again and I recommend to shop around before placing >€1000 order with a company having such a poor customer support.
Bought the Orion bunkbed, delighted with it good quality sturdy bed. The shelving is great for storing the kids toys.
A great company to deal with.Very efficient service from start to finish. We got the pegasus loft bed. It took 5 1/2 hours for my husband to put it together but the assembly instructions are very clear and straightforward to follow. All pieces are labelled and although time consuming to do it wasn't complicated. I was expecting the bed to be very bulky and to take up alot of space but its actually a very neat bed with so much space. The wardrobe is a decent enough size (will use for kids coats) and the study desk is a perfect size with decent size drawers. Feels solid and sturdy. Got the memory foam mattress and it is good quality too. My son is all excited for bed tonight...long may that last!!!!
