This was hands down one of the most magical experiences my husband and I have ever had in Cozumel and honestly, one we will never forget. Our tour brought us to El Cielo Playa for lunch, and from the moment we arrived (between 12:00–1:00 p.m.), it felt like we had stepped into a dream. The water was warm, calm, and so incredibly clear it almost didn’t seem real. The colors were unreal soft turquoise, crystal blue, and sunlight dancing across the sand below. We were served fresh ceviche, along with fruit, margaritas, beer, sodas, and water, which made the experience even more special. Enjoying a delicious lunch while standing in shallow, pristine water is something that truly can’t be explained you have to live it. Everything tasted fresh, light, and perfect for the setting. What truly took our breath away was being surrounded by stingrays and the most beautiful fish, swimming gracefully all around us. You could see them so clearly beneath the surface stingrays gliding effortlessly through the water, fish moving in every direction. It was peaceful, awe-inspiring, and humbling all at once. Nature puts on a show here, and you’re simply lucky enough to be part of it. The atmosphere was serene and joyful people smiling, floating, soaking in the beauty, and quietly appreciating how special this place is. El Cielo Playa feels untouched, pure, and almost sacred in its beauty. If you are visiting Cozumel, this is an absolute must. No photos or videos can truly capture what it feels like to stand in those waters, surrounded by marine life, sunshine, and pure magic. One of the most stunning and peaceful beaches in Cozumel! The beach along Carretera a Punta Sur near El Cielo is absolutely breathtaking. Crystal-clear turquoise water, soft white sand, and a peaceful atmosphere make it feel like a true paradise. This area showcases the best of Cozumel’s natural beauty — perfect for relaxing, swimming, or just taking in the incredible views. The water visibility is amazing, especially for snorkeling. You can often see starfish, colorful fish, and beautiful coral formations. It’s a little away from the crowded tourist spots, which makes it even more special and serene. If you’re visiting Cozumel, this beach is a must-see. The beauty here is unforgettable — a true Caribbean gem! 🌊🌴✨

Our visit to El Cielo in Cozumel was absolutely incredible! The turquoise waters are just as beautiful as everyone says, it’s like stepping into a tropical paradise. We had the best time on the boat tour, exploring the crystal clear waters and amazing marine life. The water was calm, warm, and inviting, perfect for swimming and relaxing. The tour itself was great, with water and drinks aboard. The ceviche and chips were delicious and hit the spot at the perfect moment. Everything was well organized, making for a enjoyable day on the water. One of the highlights was swimming with the stingrays, such an incredible experience! We also got up close with sea stars, which was a real treat. The party ambiance on the boat made the experience even more fun, with music and great vibe, shut out to our Captain and crew, they were very knowledgeable,fun and friendly. The kids absolutely loved it, they had an amazing time swimming, exploring, and interacting with the marine life. It was the perfect family adventure! If you’re looking for an amazing day out on the water, El Cielo is definitely a must-do in Cozumel. The ferry ride from Playa del Carmen was good and comfortable. A great experience that we won’t forget.Highly recommended!
The place is a paradise. Shallow, super clear water with turquoise color, white sand at the bottom. There are stingrays going around and you can see also starfish from El Cielo before the boats stops here at El Cielito. It a picture perfect place to take selfies or just landscape photos, though make sure to enjoy the scenery, the water and experience. I think this is the best water in all Cancun/Riviera Maya/Cozumel area. Surely the experience will vary depending on the tour company you book, but the experience at location should be the same for at tour booking.
