Booked a private ride for my family of 4. Booking was very easy and pricing is competitive and reasonable ! We were given a ride to and from our resort, which was included. We were greeted and started our ride immediately. Our 2 guides were Evroie and Jerome and they were personable, professional, and kept our kiddos safe. They helped take photos and videos so we could enjoy as well as answered any and all questions we had - about life in Jamaica and our surroundings - the native plants/animals etc. Anthony - our driver and owner was so personable and knowledgeable. He was helpful with the kids and made us feel safe and welcome ! I would recommend Reggae Horseback to anyone visiting Negril!
We went today as a party of 6 inexperienced riders. We felt safe the whole time and the horses were very well mannered. We were picked up from our hotel and given a little tour of Negril on our way to the venue which I found to be very informative. My favourite part was the riding in the sea. Massive thanks to Benji the horse!
The absolute most BEAUTIFUL experience! From booking, communication, and all the way throughout our entire horseback ride, we were beyond satisfied. Our tour guide, Jermaine, was exceptional and super friendly. Our horses, Lucky & Benji, were so well trained. The water and scenery was breathtaking and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back!
I booked a solo tour with Reggae after another mediocre riding excursion. Reggae is excellent. I had a knowledgeable guide and a gentle well trained horse. We rode through beautiful country and my guide gave me an overview of plant and animal life as well as a bit of Jamaica history. When we got to the stretch of private beach I had the option to canter freely. After the ride on the beach we took our horses to swim in the beautiful warm Jamaica water. I have ridden all over the world and this is one of the best. Whether you’re a novice or want to trot or canter, this is truly a great place to do so.
What an experience. From the pickup to drop off, it was just amazing. Anthony was the best tour guide/ driver we have had. Our guides on the horse back trip were so much fun. The pictures... so many pictures and videos. All done by the guides, at no additional cost. During the drive there and back, Anthony shared so much about the Jamaican towns we were going through. He has so much knowledge and love for his country. When we arrived at the farm, we were greeted by an ostrich. Again, more pictures. Once we mounted up, we were off. A very pleasant 2 mile horse back ride, and we arrived at the most beautiful beach view. I can not say enough nice things about the entire experience.
