You will have the opportunity to taste three distinct wines — a classically crafted Cinque Terre DOC white wine, a naturally and traditionally made local white wine, and the exquisite Sciacchetrà, a rare dessert wine that represents the soul of the region. As you savor these wines, you will learn about the revival of ancient techniques, the influence of the new generation of winemakers, and how such a small region can produce wines with remarkably different personalities and expressions. The tasting will be perfectly complemented by local snacks, including crostini and sweet cantucci paired with the Sciacchetrà, enhancing each sip with authentic regional flavors.
