We had afternoon tea in the restaurant. It was a belated 50th treat for my friend. The Culloden staff went out of their way to make this extra special for my friend and brought her two lovely cupcakes. It was much appreciated.

View great, front of house staff especially doorman super. Room and maintenance of a delux river view suite really let the rest of your team and experience down. 1 st room bathroom was poor in a number of ways : slight smell of sewage, shower extremely hot and temperature could not be reduced and toilet bowl had build up of black residue just under the rim. Took 3 calls with the team and nearly 24 hours to rectify and get a new and upgraded room that is lovely. Hope you fix that prev room before other people stay there.

Beautiful grounds, close walk to the lake. Very nice room. I never received help with the in room fireplace even after asking multiple times. Service in the bar was poor. Great breakfast and nice servers but they never checked on you & you had to chase them down to order. The bar’s beef sandwich was embarrassing, but salads good. The restaurant down the hill was fun & amazing when sitting in the pub. Joel location too far away from towns.

Culloden Estate is beautiful estate that obviously has some magnificent and talented grounds keepers! The gardens are magnificent. The exterior of the building is breath taking and that is certainly emulated inside, with stain glass windows, marble floors, plush carpets and and beautiful architecture. The rooms are huge and there's plenty of space to relax. The location is just north of the Belfast City and very easy to get to. Service at the hotel is great at the front desk, but lacks a little with the service staff. A couple of them are doing a great job, but there's a few letting the team down with a slow meandering pace with no follow up on drinks. Clearly they need a coach's talk from the manager. Otherwise this is definitely a recommend stay!

We spend the weekend at the Culloden. The beautiful energy starts when you enter, the garden is beautiful, looked after with great care, and lovely statues that make a difference. The Hotel itself it's stunning, piano during lunch, before dinner... we have dinner at the Vespers restaurant, lovely, good food, staff attentive and kind. After dinner if you book a table at the bar, is a nice vibe to enjoy a good live music. We went to the gym and I can say it's a really really nice gym, well equipped, the pool , sauna and all the staff around there are kind. I truly recommend the experience there.
