I recently stayed at the Grand Central Hotel Belfast and had a really great experience. The room was lovely — very clean, comfortable, and nicely done. Everything felt fresh and well looked after, which made the stay really relaxing. Breakfast was also really good, with plenty of choice and everything tasting great. It was a brilliant way to start the day. Overall, everything about the stay was spot on. I’d happily stay again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Belfast.

Had a fantastic stay, so grateful to Safi for her wonderful and caring service. Always so attentive to all our needs and worked above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Ethan and Ellen at reception were so kind and cooperative. Luke made sure to help us with our every need. Had a fantastic stay, these staff members made our holiday memorable, will cherish our time in Belfast and will definitely be back soon.

My son gave me a birthday voucher for festive afternoon tea in the observatory for myself and my husband. We went on Saturday 2nd Jan. The location was stunning and the our waitress was exceptional. Unfortunately the sandwiches which were very tasty were going hard & dry having obviously been left sitting out uncovered. There was no sugar in the sugar bowl and a waitress (not our waitress) brought us the wrong tea so we had to call our waitress to get this changed. It was a lovely experience but feel I need to pass on this constructive feedback.
