Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience. I visited this hotspring and paid 7 Fiji dollars for the taxi to get there. The mud treatment itself started fine—the staff member was friendly at first and explained how to apply the mud and wait for it to dry. But once we moved to the hot pools, he seemed rushed and kept telling us to switch pools quickly. At the end, he also tried to sell us massages, which felt pushy but still acceptable. The real problem came afterwards. We asked them to call a taxi back, and they agreed with a big smile. Once we were on the way home, I remembered to ask for the price—30 fiji dollar. The driver told us, “You’re white, you have money.” I immediately told him to stop and called him a thief, since I had paid only 7 dollars for the same trip earlier. He got angry and handed the phone to the hotspring. Shockingly, the owner said the price was correct because it was a “special taxi.” Special for who? For white people so they can overcharge and split the money? I strongly recommend avoiding this place. They clearly take advantage of tourists, especially if you’re white. This is unacceptable and completely ruined the experience.

We had a great time at the Hotsprings! It was a wet and cold day but it was still so nice in the warm hot spring water. My skin feels so soft after the mud bath, will be going back again before I leave Fiji!

What a cool experience! I loved learning the history of the pools and the mud experience. Swimming in the hot spring was so nice. You must do the massage after! The workers are so nice. Privacy in the changing room and showers could use some work, as there is none. I didnt mind, but I know that many people are not comfortable with this type of open set up in the women's changing shower and restroom area.

Amazing experience! Went with my family on a sunday. You cover yourself in mud, then melt it off through four increasingly hotter hot pools — finishing with fresh coconut in pool 4. My kids loved the experience, great family activity. But the real highlight? Bee, our guide. She was so good at taking photos and slow-mo videos, she take up a second job as a private investigator… though she did accidentally snap another group’s pics. 😂

Loved it. Was tricky to reach (involving a negotiation with a driver we found at the convenience store), but worth it. Cash only. The family that owns the place was lovely and guided us through the baths and helped us with photos. I felt that my skin was smoother and well hydrated after the baths. Very unique experience, absolutely worth it. There are change rooms on site and many souvenir stalls. No lockers, we kept our valuables on the ledge of the pools (but they did get really muddy and wet so don’t bring anything valuable)
