An absolutely amazing stay at Radisson Blu Resort, Denarau Island! Everything was just perfect – the atmosphere, the food (absolutely delicious!), the pool, the cleanliness, and most of all, the incredible hospitality of the staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring – it made us feel right at home from the very first moment. A very special thank you to Lavinia – she was simply outstanding! Kind, professional, and full of warmth – she truly made our stay unforgettable ❤️ Our room was fantastic – spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with a beautiful view. We loved it so much that we decided to stay an extra night, and we already know we’ll be coming back! Thank you to the entire Radisson Blu team for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for relaxation, smiles, and a touch of paradise 🌺

This was our best stay so far in Fiji. The staff were incredible and facilities were great. The room was so clean and modern, great view and very comfy. Room service was top notch. Pools are great too. Great ambiance at the pool and ocean side, restaurants and throughout the property. Highly recommended if you want a great stay in Fiji.

Really not a Fiji experience, its just a corporate hotel offering mass catering accommodation for Aussies and Kiwis in much the same way as the Spanish do for sunburnt Brits. The hotel was full of screaming kids, fuelled by excessive sugar at breakfast, well at least the stuff they got into their mouths rather than spread over the tables and floors. Felt really sorry for the catering staff, who looked to be at the end of their tether, cleaning up after families who just didn't respect the place, the staff or other guests. This hotel is about as far from the tranquil Fiji we discovered during the rest of our visit. The reception staff are just traffic management. We arrived at about 7pm, and were greeted by an unsmiling receptionist, who raced through the facilities without talking us through the hopeless map, and clearly he had no real knowledge of the restaurant offering for the evening. Apparently not being able to make contact with them. He kept telling us to call 0 from the room if we had any questions or issues, yet in less than 5 minutes he picked up a 0 call and immediately put down the handset at least 3 times, so didn't look like calling 0 was exactly a way to get help. The wifi is terrible, very slow and the server it connects through throws up errors on most devices, especially Apple ones, as the security certificates aren't correct. Very very poor for a hotel of this size run by such a big corporate. To try and fix the issue you had to connect, be told there was no Internet service then load logout.now and that somehow reset the connection. Definitely don't believe the hotels website, which sells a large tranquil site with waterfalls. They have built on almost every inch of the site, packing in every way to sell additional food, drink or activities. The waterfalls are fake and weren't working when we visited. The pools look ok, but clearly aren't large enough or have enough beds for the huge hotel. The beach is private, but underwater for much of the day when the tide comes in. There are a couple of adults only areas, but they aren't tranquil escapes from the screaming kids, as they are surrounded by kids areas, so even though you might not having kids running around you, you can't escape the screams. The room was ok. Bed comfortable which was rhe biggest selling point. But although the rooms are large, they are poorly designed, so you have an ill fitting sliding door for the bathroom. Shower was nice, once you work out how to use it. For anyone confused, as there are no instructions, there is a cube about 2m off the floor which you have to turn to change from hand held to watefall. All in all this no doubt suits some visitors to Fiji, but the hotel could literally be anywhere, offering almost nothing Fijian, so you wonder why people want to travel across the Pacific to stay somewhere that could be anywhere. The restaurants are Thai, Lebanese, Italian and buffet, so no Fijian influence in any way. Not for us, but clearly for others, we just don't understand why.
