Expect highest level of service at any time for your entire stay. We arrived in the evening and had a warm meet and greet. Managed on time for buffet dinner. We've been having a half board program, which lets us have free breakfasts and dinners and for kids also free lunch. This let us having a choice of where we want to have breakfast/ dinners, our favourites have been buffet restaurant and Sundowner bar (with their great steakes and entree-s). The room was quite comfy (we lived in 315 which got ocean views, recommended ♥️). It also allowed us free daily wines/kids drinks. As mentioned staff has been amazing throughout our stay. We stayed with 1.5 and 8 yo kids, and the little one got most attention 😀 , people genuinely are into kids and to ensure highest level of guests satisfaction. Pool and beach are very clean - have been regularly cleaned. The swimming equipment is free of charge, which made the whole experience smooth. There are lots of other activities, we played tennis and were regular in the gym. The hotel is also invested in eco. They plant new corals and made it like an educational programme for guests. And thanks for all the entertainment programs that run every day with of course thinging! Hoping to have our farewell song too during the breakfast in 2 days :)) Big thanks to all staff, from small to top, you are doing the right thing!
Stayed here for a few nights in September 2024. The Kalo Kalo bar was amazing , the highlight of our Fiji trip. I still think about the beautiful views from there and the great service we received at the bar. Overall the hotel stay was okay, the rooms were a bit outdated and the butler service wasn’t worth it. The service at the other restaurants/bars wasn’t great, the food was overpriced for the quality and portions and the service was really slow and servers were not enthusiastic. The property grounds themselves are really nice but not sure if will be back until there are better food options and better service at the restaurants
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The experience my friend and I had here was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Check in is streamlined, and you recieve a loud Bula welcoming as you drive in! You are given cool towels and lemonade while you check in, and are helped to download the resort's app, which is excellent. Our room was beautiful. We booked a resort view, but still had a lovely view of the ocean. Our room was sparkling clean when we arrived, and it was cleaned well everyday, with our towels changed every second day. Rooms are well equipped with a small fridge, large TV, and generous amenities. We were delighted with the variety of activities offered each day. We took advantage of the paint and sip, snorkelling, kayaking, international crab racing, and cultural nights on offer - but there's so much more to do! The resort is a 10 minute walk from Kula Adventure Park, where we did ziplining and water sliding, but they also offer archery, shooting, and other activities. The pool facilities were also amazing with a big main pool great for families! Kids were loving the inflatable in the main pool, and there is a shaded, more shallow area for the little ones. Pool service is quick and easy, and our meals and cocktails were delicious. We had excellent food every day at the Outrigger, from the huge breakfast buffet in the morning, all the way until dinner at the various restaurants onsite. The Sundowner is a must visit for the view alone, and the Crab Shack is a quick walk down the beach. Above all, the people made our stay magnificent. A special thanks to Rajesh, Kesaia, Enesi, Susana, and Di who took the time to learn our names and check in on us multiple times each day, making sure that we were being taken care of and there wasn't anything we needed. They noticed when one of us was missing (gone to the toilet, back to the room etc) and always checked to make sure we were okay. They were so excellent and made our stay as incredible as it was. At the end of our stay, they sang us a farewell song that brought me to tears! We will absolutely be returning, you have found lifetime customers in us!
Haven't stayed here yet. We have booked this holiday for december this year. We booked the resort using the discovery package and have wanted to add the all inclusive meal package. The all inclusive meal package charges for infants online, so I called to see if this was the case. We were confirmed with the discovery package that this wouldnt be charged. However we have spoken to 5 different people over the course of two weeks to have our issue resolved, yet we are not receiving straight answer. I have asked to make a complaint and apparently I can only make a customer service request. We had planned this holiday to celebrate our engagement. We wanted to book all inclusive so we didnt have to worry about expenses. We have now booked and we have now been told the online price for the add on can only be rendered online or we pay a higher fee (this has taken 2 weeks). I have called and told someone will call me back. No one calls back. I have emailed and its as though no one is listening.
Beautiful & Welcoming Outrigger Fiji is a stunning resort with a true island charm. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel at home. The grounds are lush and beautifully kept, the pools are inviting, and the beach is gorgeous for relaxing and enjoying the view. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with a lovely tropical feel. The whole experience feels relaxed yet special — perfect for families and anyone wanting to enjoy Fijian hospitality at its best. Truly a wonderful place to stay.
