We went on 2 different "Free" walking tours with 100 Spires City Tours, Red umbrellas, and both tour guides were excellent. They were knowledgeable, friendly & good at keeping the tour interesting & fun. On the other hand, we left after 15 minutes a Green umbrella Free Walking Tour, a different company, also in Prague, because the tour guide said there would be no history on the Prague Castle Tour and she kept talking about her travel experiences versus educating us about Prague.

Our experience with 100 Spires City Tours was truly exceptional from beginning to end. We had only a short time in Prague, and this company helped us see the city in the most meaningful, educational, and enjoyable way possible. Every guide we met was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the history and stories of this beautiful city. On our first day, we joined the Old Town Tour in the morning and later took the Prague Castle Tour with Yakub. He was absolutely fantastic — friendly, patient, extremely well-informed, and able to explain complex historical events in a way that was easy to understand. You could feel his pride in the city and his deep knowledge of Czech history. He made the whole experience fun, interactive, and memorable. The next day, we joined the World War II Tour with Kamil. This tour was powerful, emotional, and incredibly informative. Kamil shared stories and details that you don’t usually find in guidebooks. His ability to connect the past with the present gave us a much deeper understanding of Prague’s history, its heroes, and the impact of WWII on the Czech people. It was one of the best historical walking tours we’ve ever taken. In the evening, we decided to end our day with the Ghost Tour, guided by Elias. He brought the legends and mysteries of Prague to life with dramatic storytelling, humor, and a great atmosphere. It was spooky, fun, and filled with stories that made us look at the city in a completely different way. Elias was entertaining from start to finish. Overall, we were impressed by the professionalism of every guide we met. Each tour was well-organized, punctual, and full of fascinating facts and stories. We learned so much and truly felt connected to Prague’s culture, history, and spirit. I highly recommend 100 Spires City Tours to anyone visiting Prague — whether it’s your first time or your tenth. These tours added so much value to our trip, and we are grateful for the wonderful memories. Truly a 5-star experience!

Today I enjoyed the tour hosted by Kamil. Despite the snowy weather, there was a good turnout of people (±15 people). Kamil spoke very well and clearly and has a good sense of humour. He engaged with us on an individual level as well, which made the experience more personal. He taught us a little Czech too, which was a bonus.
