My partner and I did the tour yesterday and are still thrilled! It couldn't have been better organized than Jenny, our guide. It was the perfect mix of a city tour, including tips from Jenny, a true New Yorker, and a donut experience. Jenny took so much time for us, was very interested in us, and we felt 100% at ease with her. We wholeheartedly recommend the tour. Best regards, Natalie & Lucas

Our guide was wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming. She had a lot of knowledge. The tour itself left a lot to be desired. We paid for a 2 hour tour. When we walked up, she told us it would be a 60 minute tour. There were only three stops w one being Krispy Kreme. A bit disappointing. They also changed our booked time without reaching out to us to ask if the new time would work. It wouldn't because of our flight home. It was a big fiasco for them trying to find us a guide for the time we originally booked. Probably wouldn't recommend it or book again.

I took my little sister on the donut tour today, and we had a phenomenal experience! Our tour guide was warm and took the time to answer all of our questions. The locations on the tour were unique—each stop had either a special type of donut or a special story to tell about the donut maker or NY history. And we learned about other historical buildings in the area too—not just the donut shops! Overall, I’d 100% recommend the Underground Donut Tour if you’re looking for a unique experience to see some sites in NYC—and if you have a sweet tooth! 😋
