We had such a great time at Palawan thanks to Evalyn and her team. The first day meeting Evalyn she told me as long as you are at Palawan we will look after you and your family. Indeed the whole trip we were well looked after. Evalyn is very friendly and always there when you need her. I remember during our trip, the weather to underground wasn’t great since the first day. On the day prior our departure, I told Evalyn it will be a great regret if we don’t get to go underground and asked her any chance for a private tour to be organized on the day prior our flight departure. She came back to us within couple of hours with everything organized and the pricing is very reasonable! Thank you again Evalyn. We were lucky to have you and your amazing team at Palawan. All the best to your business.

We booked with them underground river from puerto princessa. My advice to you? If your safety and security is important for you, do not book with them. 1-There was a cruise ship coming in this same day and they had priority at port starting 9:30 am. They picked up a bit earlier then regular, but still not enough. They should have done the pick up even earlier, in order for their customer to avoid the worst ride ever to the port. They had us entered the car and then we just hold on to our dear life for 1 hour that seemed like infinity. No stopping unless the front car bumper was 1 mm away from us. Curves ? Let’s go faster. When someone asked why we were going so fast, the guide tolds us that we were late, not even taking in that we were all mad and sick and unsafe. Safety should be their first priority. Just to your Organization better then this with an earlier pick up that no one would have complain about. As simple as that. Everyone were holding both hand to the handle in front us, for not being pulled from side to side. Someone beside us was starting to get sick too. We have been in Palawan a few weeks already, and we have been traveling to every continent and Asia since 2 years and honestly never felt as unsafe as this ride, even in Egypt or India. And you know what ? We arrived at port around 8 and we still weren’t able to get on the first ferry boat before 1 pm, so the speeding wasn’t even worth it. 2-at port we were told that our time slot would be at 11. So they split a few people for zipline and mangrove in the meantime, and we remains at port waiting for them. It was 11:30 when they came back, so we were very mad because we told we lost our time slot. Then guide told us to eat now and go later to ferry, but we still had the feeling that our slot time was at 11 am ?! Anyway after meal we finally made it, thank god ! 3- I contacted them through what’s app and never got the info that we were going mangrove & zip lining, so we didn’t bring suitable shoes. And they didn’t told us that it wasn’t included in the price. 4- Also the pick up was very hard. We were on a airbnb, and it seems like they loose all their ability when it’s not an hotel. I shared with them our location on google, send them the pin & name to our place, and nobody still contacted me when pick up time was passed. Is it that complicated to follow google map gps ?! They were apparently looking for us, but no one came to our house and nobody reached to us. If you ask me, i strongly advise to go by yourself ! Just drive to sadang port and go the office yourself. Less expensive, safer, and less disorganized. We were not interested anyway about zipline and mangrove.
