The team was friendly, professional, and made sure everyone had the best time. A huge thank you to Dexter, our tour guide, who went above and beyond — he even helped pull me out of the water when I slipped and cut my feet on the rocks. And a special thanks to Nathaniel, our host, for immediately taking care of my injury, cleaning and bandaging my foot like a true “island doctor.” Their kindness and care made me feel completely safe and looked after. Our driver was amazing. So funny and knowledgeable. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The firefly tour was good too and we loved the food. We liked that it was a short tour too.

We recently booked a 1 week tour package with Corazon Travel and Tours (El Nido Tour A and C) Port Barton Island tour and Puerto Princesa Underground River Tour with hotel and meals included), and the entire experience was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was so easy and well taken care of, which really helped us just relax and enjoy our family vacation. The staff were super friendly and always made sure we were comfortable and having fun. Our tour guides were amazing — they were very friendly and hospitable and made every tour feel special and exciting. Every place we visited was beautiful, and the schedule gave us enough time to explore without feeling rushed. Traveling as a family can be tricky sometimes, but Corazon Travel and Tours made everything smooth and stress-free. We booked the Puerto-Princesa Subterranean River National Park and zip lining through booking.com and Corazon Travel were the tour operators. Corazon Travel confirmed out pick up time the evening before and provided great advice re change of clothes, water shoes etc. We were picked up on time in a modern air con mini van. Our guide Weng was great. She filled us with plenty of great info on how the day was planned and we watched a video. The 1h30min van journey flew in. There was alot of waiting at the harbour due to a cancellation the day before cause of waves and I think in general the process for our guide to get a permit and secure a boat /time. We were kept informed through out by our guide and with approximate waiting times we could go for a short walk. We had an amazing time visiting the Subterranean River and caves. After we went zip linling which was great fun and highly recommend. Even if you don't book as part of your package you have the opportunity to pay at the site. The lunch provided was lovely too. I am a very picky eater but was delighted with bbq chicken and sweet potato on the buffet! Highly recommend Corazon Travel as a tour company. They seem very well organised and have a passion in their job!
