Monse, Angel and Marr made our balloon ride a wonderful experience. They were very fun and shared their love of ballooning with us. A Must Do Experience with the crew from Globus Kon Tiki! Carlos greeted us as soon as we got to Monserrat and was excited to share all his knowledge. He was very informative, answered all our questions and made sure we were able to see as much as we could. Monserrat did not disappoint and neither did Carlos.
Absolutely incredible experience! Andrés and Nico were outstanding- so welcoming, funny, and easy to get along with. They made sure we felt completely comfortable from start to finish, and their energy truly made the whole adventure unforgettable. The balloon ride itself was breathtaking, and we felt 100% safe the entire time. These guys are the absolute best- couldn’t recommend them more!
Magnificient flight! It was our first experience in a hot air balloon and we really enjoyed it. The flight was smooth and the views were amazing. Pilot Jorge and the entire staff were very accommodating. We appreciated the little treats such as coffee and croissants before take off and cava and saucisson after landing. We were also greatful that they had extra jackets for us to keep us warm. We strongly recommend this experience and this operator.
Had an amazing morning ride with Barcelona Balloon Flights and would highly recommend! Very unique experience just outside of Barcelona. The staff members were amazing and took care of every detail from pickup in Barcelona to coffee and pastries before the ride, and a bubbly toast when we landed - thanks Fernando, Jordi, Andres and David! An Unforgettable Hot Air Balloon Experience Over Barcelona! 🎈✨ We traveled all the way from Toronto, Canada, and this hot air balloon ride was at the top of my wife’s bucket list—and wow, it did not disappoint! I found this incredible company through Google and got in touch with Fernando, who was absolutely amazing from the very beginning. He was professional, kind, and extremely helpful, explaining every detail before we even booked. His communication made us feel completely comfortable and confident in our decision. We booked months in advance, and Fernando stayed in touch right up until our arrival in Barcelona to confirm everything and answer any last-minute questions. The staff is phenomenal and highly professional. The pick-up was right on time, exactly at 5:40 AM at the door of our hotel, just as Fernando had arranged. Every step of the process was smooth and organized. Our pilot, Nicolas, was the highlight of the ride experienced (over 10 years flying balloons), calm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. We felt safe the entire time, and the ride itself was so peaceful and smooth. The views were breathtaking, and the experience was just as magical as described—if not more! This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona. If you’re looking for a unique and memorable way to see the region, this is it! Perfect from beginning to end. Booking was easy. Being picked up and dropped off at our hotel (thank you Andres) was well worth the up charge. Jordi our pilot was personable, professional and highly skilled. The lift off was amazing as you didn't even realize it was happening until you were several feet off the ground. The flight was peaceful and serene with vistas ranging from Montserrat to a salt mine to bucolic villages dotting the landscapes. Another balloon took off shortly before with a dozen passengers. While the journey was roughly the same as ours the experience was totally different as a four person gondola allowed everyone space, conversation without interruption and focused attention from Jordi who explained the operation of the balloon as well as info on what we were looking at. In our opinion paying the premium for a personalized experience was well worth it. An amazing experience.
The tour started off by being picked up on time from the meeting point. After a short travel we reached the take off point as the setup of the balloon was on its way. A short while after we were in the air, gliding along like being on a cushion of air. The sights were amazing and the journey truly awe inspiring…. Words just can’t describe it. On landing there was champagne and a light lunch. Then came the handing out of flight logs or passport logs for our flight in a balloon which was a great touch 🤩 I’d highly recommend it to anyone!
really incredible experience. Monser and Miguel were friendly and professional, making our experience perfect. the balloon flight was incredible, and the extra little touches of the cava and goody bag really made it perfect. the transport between the balloon and monastery was great, and the the monastery tour guide matteo was very informative and friendly. 5 star experience all round
took my sister and I for this experience. so worth it! not long drive from barcelona and the view is amazing. we went in december, so there werent any other balloons in the air, but it was still beautiful
The monastery is amazing. We did not do the hot air balloon, that portion of our excursion was canceled without any reason as to why. We were given a substitute excursion and refund for the difference of the two excursions by the third party tour company. Both the horseback riding and the tour of the Monastary were well worth it. The guide Daria and Mario were excellent, and provided additional recommendations.
