False advertising in accomodations even asking specifically about it. Do.not do the Lepushe/Vermosh/Plava/Gusinje tour. The hotel in Gusinje had been clearly closed for the season, opened just for our tour and the central heat was not even on! Several rooms had no heat and no toilet paper/shampoo nor were there any extra blankets in any of the rooms. Extremely poor quality bedding and sheets had not been changed/smelled. The most Unbelievable and Illegal thing was that we were left alone in the hotel immediately after checking in. The one person who checked us us left for another property 15 mins away by car while the hotel door was open and anyone could come in. It was like being in a ghost hotel. Same thing after dinner which was at the other property and in the morning. We were served leftover salad and leftover french fries for breakfast (from the previous night's dinner). Again, the hotel in GucialGusinje is not suitable to host guests-do not go on the tour if that is the accomodation.offered. Furthermore, the company didn't help even when several people from the group contacted them from the hotel and claimed ignorance on the issue when contacted the next day. A company that leaves its clients alone in an empty hotel with no staff and refuses to take responsibilities it's not to be trusted. Their excuses was 'what do you expect for 70 euros'? Do not stay at the hotel in Gusinje under any circumstance!

We had a wonderful tour to Korçe last weekend (4/5 Oct) We had a fantastic driver Ylli who was very experienced especially negotiating the winding roads of the mountains. Our guide Bujar was so informative and knowledgeable about history, geology and culture. Luckily we had Eliseo who was our private translator. He did extremely well and very friendly and helpful. It was a privilege to be travelling with such a warm group. Lynne and Antony x

Eliseo was truly outstanding – always available, caring, and ready to support everyone at any moment. His knowledge and dedication made our journey to Theth unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure that each of us felt comfortable and well taken care of. At the same time, Niko proved to be a real pilot on the road – careful, professional, and highly skilled. We always felt safe with him behind the wheel, even on the most challenging routes. Together, they made the trip smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. I cannot recommend Zenith Travel enough for their professionalism and the warmth of their team. ✨✨☺️☺️

Bad experience. Went to Shalë river with them. Bus was very old and unsafe. No seatbelts. Reclining mechanism was broken or absent in many seats. The window had a gap on the lower edge, due to sealant/glue failure, making it wobble constantly, with the fear of breaking. The staff didn't respond in any meaningful way to the remark, about the window. River boat driver got in a violent fight (!) with other boat drivers, upon arrival at the port, on the return leg. Resulting in all passengers (including some elderly ones) being trapped inside the boat due to the brawl that was going on in the front part of the boat and having to hop on the neighboring boat in order to get to the dock. No apology was issued for the incident. Overall, a very bad experience.
