Fabulous choice! For both in and out of Nairobi. The 🌹 hotel… Left one luggage to keep with no problem. The friendliest prompt check in. Fabulous room. Spa, outstanding service by crew on Duty Tuesday night. Dinner at the Rooftop… Rachel, Ian and Brighit gave us first class service. The food outstanding. Highly recommend this and would stay here in a jiffy if I need an overnight hotel in Nairobi again.
I have stayed here several times. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurant is delicious as well. A waitress named Sure took care of me for breakfast during my stay this time. She was the best

The private shuttle service was pretty seemless and for 10$ it was perfect for us. The driver was very friendly and welcoming and he told us about different things as we took the short drive to the hotel, which is perfectly located close by. The reception staff were really welcoming and friendly and we were delighted to receive a free upgrade which we didn't even ask for. The suite was absolutely gorgeous. The bar was good, busy but had good bar food and drinks. The staff at breakfast were really friendly and there was plenty of food and choice. It was very nice. Overall it was a really good experience. We were only here for one night but I highly recommend it
I really enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza Nairobi. The service was excellent – the staff were attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. What made it even better was how convenient the hotel is, being so close to the airport terminal. It made my travel much easier and stress-free. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options to start the day. The hotel also has good facilities for relaxing, including a nice gym and pool. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable hotel near the airport.
