Had the opportunity to use the services of Java Tourism for a recent trip to Jogja. Found them online and decided to go with them for the positive reviews. Right from the first contact the replies were quite prompt and effective. Requested for an itinerary for 3 days and 3 nights specifying the places I wanted to visit. The itinerary and the quote was professional with a good amount of details. I booked the tour and paid for the tour 20 days before the tour. A invoice for the payment was given immediately on receiving the payment. On arriving in Jogja, we were greeted by Rio who was our driver and fixer for the 3 days. Rio is very pleasant and was always looking after our comfort. The car was clean everyday. His driving is good and we never felt unsafe. Overall a pleasant experience and a definite recommend from my side.

Mas Dion, Mba Putri and team not only listened but carried out our requests, including an impromptu request from "fussy" me lol. The process of booking was fairly smooth and the admin gave prompt replies. The car was clean, spacious and we were given new bottled waters daily. We were blessed with a driver (Mr.Santos) who was always punctual during pick up. He was patient, polite and also a skilled driver which really puts us at ease. He helped to work around our itinerary and ensured we got to do what we wanted during our 5 days in Jogja. Additionally, he gave good recommendations on local cuisines and he also had just the right amount of enthusiasm to match our energy. Highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻
