The homestay is amazing! The owners are very kind people making any wish come true. The rooms are new, the garden is beautiful, the local breakfast is delicious. The location is also very convenient as staring point for activities in Ninh Binh. I absolutely recommend to stay here.
Very comfortable place to stay at ninh binh. Feel like home 🥰👏🏻👏🏻 The staff really kind and helpfull, they arrange so many things for us with best effort, taxi, tourism ticket and so on. The room is super duper clean, bed is super big and really comfortable for backbone. Nice breakfast and we can order home made italian pizza 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Definitely will come back again to this homestay if i go to ninh binh again

Just stayed here for three nights and loved it. The property is gorgeous and you can tell the work they have put into it, views are great too. The free bikes there make it easy to get to the main attractions (mua cave, tam coc area, and trang an boats). Also walkable to some good food in the area. Only issue is that getting a grab can be tricky with where the stay is at. Hosts were very nice and always willing to help, breakfast was delicious as well. Would 100% stay here again.
This is really a gem of a property with very clean rooms, large beds a nice pool and came with breakfast. Lots of fun bistro lights , coi ponds, and other property features make this slightly off the path property a wonderful gem. Probably a two minute walk to coffee, food, pick up locations and whatever else you need.
