Absolute favourite experience. Our guide was just amazing, so helpful to those without experience or who were scared and was detailed in his explanations for our safety and to help care for the reef. Lots of beautiful and colourful fish at both locations we went to and we even saw a turtle and lots of ‘nemo’ clown fish which was just such an incredible experience. The guide helped us spot lots of different fish and was so helpful with our underwater camera taking photos for us that we might have missed. Highly recommend!
Very beginner-friendly! As a first-time snorkeler, this place was highly recommended because the depth is no more than 7m. The services were also excellent: clear goggles, friendly staff, good-quality videos, and meals included. You can also rent a towel there for only 10k IDR

We had a great snorkeling trip at Blue Lagoon, even though the weather was quite unpredictable — it rained intermittently and at times heavily, but it didn’t ruin the experience! 🐠 The reef and underwater scenery were stunning. In some shallow areas, you could get very close to the coral and fish — almost within touching distance. Our guide was friendly, clear, and helpful, always keeping an eye on the group and explaining what we were seeing. 🩴 Bring proper water shoes or reef shoes! The boat entry and some shore spots can be rocky and slippery. 💧 They provide drinking water on board, which was a nice touch. 📦 One suggestion for improvement: there are no lockers, and you bring your bags directly onto the boat. That means all your belongings are exposed to water and rain, so be sure to pack waterproof or sealed bags — or better yet, the operator could add basic lockers or dry storage options. 💬 Overall, even with the weather, the experience was memorable. Crystal-clear waters, colorful fish, and a safe, relaxed vibe made it a worthwhile activity in Bali!
We had an amazing time and highly recommend doing this activity. You can do it as a tour or just head down to the Lombok ferry terminal and do it from there. The boat driver was wonderful. He gave us food for the fish and we were lucky enough to see a TURTLE!! It was truely a great experience. We want to two locations. The boat trip lasts for 2 hours and cost is 200,000 each which is $20AUD. Fantastic value for money. A must if you are in the Ubud area
