SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE for sure am adventure you don’t want to miss. We had a wonderful time from pick -up at hotel (our driver Martin) was on time and never late and great driver to & from MT. Batur. Our jeep drivers were amazing and made the experience so wonderful. We are tall and asked to have (2) jeeps and so happy we did! Amazing staff!
Driver who picked us up from the hotel arrived on time, Cahya ( driver) was so friendly. Then we go with Ari (jeep driver), she was so friendly and a good photographer as well.
What an amazing adventure! The tour started at 3am with collection at the hotel by our driver, Vixo. He was polite, courteous and friendly especially with our 5 year old. His careful driving allowed everyone to sleep on the journey. 1st stop was the transfer point. We had a quick coffee and joined to offroading 4x4 jeep. This was the bumpy part of the trip but the driver expertly handled it and it added to our excitement. We made our way to the sunrise point and stargazed under the night sky. While waiting for dawn to break, our driver served us tea and hot choc. He took lots of great family photos as the sky changed colour. We then moved to the lava and black sand area. Again some bumpy driving but so cool to look up at Mount Batur. More great photos. We returned back to the SUV and comfort. On the return leg, we stopped at a coffee plantation and tried some coffee, tea, herbal drinks and chocolate. We collected some gifts and souvenirs. Overall a tiring start to the day, but totally worth it. Family memories to last a lifetime. Recommended to singles, couples and families alike.
