Wonderful half day tour. Gabrielle was delightful and funny. Unexpected issue with the bus. However professionally handled thankyou to Giovanni for stepping up. Wines were top quality. Pleasantly surprised with the tour as we were used to smaller tours. However, highly recommend this tour. Grazie Grabrielle for a memorable experience.

The Siena tour was very well organized. We saw the best sights with live commentary from the amazing Constantino, who wove together interesting facts with funny annekdotes and jokes. Really enjoyed our full day program from start to finish!

We chose Ciao Florence based on the good reviews, and we were not wrong. Everything was right on schedule with nice and warm people who really love what they are doing. Sebastian was a great guide who speaks fluently Spanish, English, and off course Italian. His stories were interesting, and the instructions were clear for the whole group. I'm a project manager at work, and I do love the people who give correct and detailed instructions. There were no delays, and everything went smooth, except for the weather (40 Celsius), but that was something to be expected in Italy during summer. Thanks Sebastian, thanks Ciao Florence! Daniel

I visited Pisa, Sam Ginignano, and Siena with Ciao Florence tours recently on my trip to Italy. They were excellent. Our guide, I forgot the name, the lady was excellent and explained us everything historic and all the things. Super good tours. I would highly recommend this tour. I even visited Capri Anapcapri while in Sorrento and our guide, Luigi was fantastic. We expierenced the Blue grotto too. Thank you Luigi for making our trip amazing :)

Excellent tour! Our tour guides John and Julia were wonderful! They shared a wealth of information about the sites we visited, and engaged in conversation as well as answered all of our questions with sincere enthusiasm. Even at the end of a long day John shared more information about sites in Florence as we returned to the city. John was very clear in his details about meeting points and times to meet, writing the times on a board so that there was no confusion. The towns we visited were beautiful! We took the tour specifically to visit the towns and see the countryside, not really caring about the wine tasting, but that was an interesting experience all the same. I highly recommend this tour and John and Julia as tour guides. Cuodos to the bus driver also, for handling the narrow country roads in a mini coach!
