It's nice place to have day trip with friends

Nice farm house, good option to escape from the busy hours and settle week ends in peaceful area. Small farm house with good facilities. It can accomadate 25 persons. Rate also affordable. Mr martin is managing it.such a nice person. We have option for deep sea fishing. He will do the arrangements. Swimming pool available.

Very nice! amazing experience with this tour operator. This is the second time I went for this Dhow cruise with my friends very nice. Very well organised boat guys are very helpful, I had a very nice experience than previous time. Well done keep doing better!!!

This is regarding a poor customer service I received during my pre booking stage with East coast tourism. We, consisting of 5 families were planning for a farmstay at one of their villa in Dibba. The only contact we got was of Mr. Martin from the website. We contacted him for a 1 day stay and he insisted to pay the full amount as booking fee to be transferred to his account. But he being a stranger to us and our guarantee for money, we requested him for a half pay as booking fee and rest we will pay on the day of check in. His reply was shocking which was never expected from a tour operator. He talked in a rude and indescent manner and replied " if you want you come and stay". This shows the bad customer service they provide. We would have agreed to their condition if he was polite and calm. Anyways thanks for saving us from this bad decision of proceeding with east coast tourism.

We booked a Dhow cruise at Mussandam in Oman through East coast tourism We were asked to assemble at 7am in karama... The bus arrived late and left even later... When we reached the Oman border, due to lack of planning by the organisers.. We couldn't get through even though are paperwork was in order We spent 5 hours in the bus(whose a/c was not even working) hoping they will sort it out. In the end when passengers had had enough and unanimously decided to go back. It left us very disappointed, very angry & cheated. Most of all it was a humongous waste of time, the commodity which we value the most.. This was our experience with East coast tourism.. Beware..
