Bought the Sky View ticket with a 3-course meal from GetYourGuide as an advance birthday treat — quite a valuable package! However, there was a huge and long queue going up the tower at 8:30 PM. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed that the restaurant would be closing at 10:30 PM, and we only finished the Sky View experience at 10:15 PM. That said, I’d like to give my thanks and kudos to the Team Leader, Jimmy, and our server, Delmar, for kindly allowing us to reschedule our dinner for the next day — on my actual birthday. It truly felt like a full VIP experience, even though we missed our original dinner slot. The food was amazing, the ambience was top-tier, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It’s always the heart of Filipino customer service that brings every experience to the next level. 💖

Swimming classes for the kids with Speedo at Burj Club. We experienced incredible hospitality especially from Camille, one of the receptionists. She was an incredible representative of the facility always making us feel welcome. The kids particularly were comfortable with her.

The Burj Club (نادي البرج) was the single worst dining experience I’ve ever endured. A catastrophically bad night of nonexistent food, rampant disrespect, unprofessionalism, and zero accountability. All style, no soul. If I could give 0 stars, I would. 1/5. Avoid. Full Review: Let me begin with this: I’ve dined in dozens of cities across multiple continents, and The Burj Club ranks—without hesitation—as the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. That is not hyperbole. It is a simple, unfortunate fact. And it's made even more egregious by the context: a place perched atop one of the world’s most iconic structures, commanding prestige, charging premium prices, and yet delivering something so utterly devoid of quality or decency that it felt surreal. The setting is admittedly photogenic: a sleek rooftop ambiance with poolside dining and glittering views of the Dubai Fountain. It promises opulence. Sophistication. A curated experience. What it delivers, however, is nothing more than an overpriced, underwhelming masterclass in how not to run a restaurant. We had a reservation—alongside several other parties—and were eventually led to our seats upstairs. From there, the night disintegrated. We waited. And waited. And waited. Tables seated after us received drinks, appetizers, and smiles. Our table, by contrast, was treated like a problem before we even had the chance to be customers. Eventually, our appetizers arrived—a full fifteen minutes after everyone else’s. When we politely inquired about the delay, we were met not with understanding or apology, but with open hostility. And more alarmingly, our female party members were treated with a level of dismissiveness and disrespect that left us stunned. It got worse. When we requested to speak to a manager, we were stonewalled and patronized. Then came one of the most bizarre and unacceptable displays of “hospitality” I’ve ever seen: a waiter who seemed determined to antagonize us, scoffing, muttering under his breath, and ultimately grinning smugly while provoking and mocking us when we addressed the issue directly. Let that sink in: not only were we not served the food we ordered—we were insulted and ridiculed for daring to ask about it. By that point, our appetite was gone. Our patience? Exhausted. Our evening? Ruined. We walked out—unfed, unrefunded, and wholly disrespected. I don’t know who was running the floor that night, but they’ve tarnished the name of an establishment built on reputation alone. And frankly, the city, the country, and the Burj Khalifa itself deserve better than this circus of incompetence and arrogance. To the management: you owe your guests more than a view. You owe them dignity, service, and the bare minimum standard of hospitality. You failed on every front. I will never return. And if you're reading this wondering whether to risk your money, time, or mood—don’t. 1 out of 5 stars. Only because 0 wasn’t an option.

Bought the tower ticket including 3 course meals from get your guide. Quite valuable package. Long queue to going up the tower at 7:30 pm. Not sure if we can change to have the meal first then go for the tower. Nice view for the dining place, can see the waterfront at the same time. The fish is good and the chocolate cake.
