First time to dine in to Kaleidoscope and i am not disappointed. I arranged secret birthday celebration for my friend and they made it really special. Good service. Really nice food and all staffs were all friendly. Thanks to Kausal for assisting us. Must try!
As a former regular client at Kaleidoscope at Atlantis The Palm, I returned after finding Gastronomy fully booked. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Aside from the friendly staff and consistently good desserts, the quality of the rest of the dishes has significantly declined. Furthermore, at the entrance, when they assigned us our table, the receptionist made a point of emphasizing—almost spelling out the price per person—by asking us if we were aware of the cost and if we could afford the full price. This was inelegant and out of place in a place like the Atlantis: I don't think customers come there intending to eat on credit or wash dishes. Many dishes are overly spicy, closer to Indian cuisine than an international buffet. The roast beef was served cold, the shrimp had an unappealing smell, and the lobsters tasted of water and ice. This isn't what you'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber. I'll admit that I'm not a big eater, but I enjoy trying different types of international cuisine, with the exception of Indian, and I didn't find the variety and quality I once had. It's a shame, because this restaurant used to be one of my favorites. I prefer to wait for a table at Gastronomy, which remains decidedly superior. Personally, I don't think I'll return.
Dear Team, This is to inform you that I visited Kaleidoscope yesterday to celebrate my to-be mother-in-law’s birthday. I had chosen your restaurant for this special occasion because I wanted to make a good impression and create a memorable first birthday celebration with her. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite spending a significant amount of money and expecting a pleasant celebration, the service was below standard. When the staff brought out the cake, the table was still messy and had not been cleaned. This was very embarrassing for us, as we were not even ready to capture the moment on video or camera. Considering Kaleidoscope’s association with Atlantis, which is known for its high standards and hospitality, this experience was far from what we expected. Could you please justify why the cake was served on such an untidy table? Is this how birthday celebrations are typically handled at your establishment? I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the lack of attention to detail during what was meant to be a special occasion. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure that future guests do not face a similar experience.
We enjoyed our time at the Kaleidoscope restaurant in the iconic Atlantis Palm. We were welcomed warmly by the staff. We had pre booked with a request to be seated next to the view of the fish tank and that request was fulfilled. Being an International cuisine day, we got to taste delicious food from different parts of the world. Table staff too were polite and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience 👍🏼🙌🏼
I had my Birthday Dinner from Kaleidoscope yesterday and it was the best dinner date i’v had❤️food was really amazing ❤️and jane helped us out with the drinks and she was very friendly which made the experience even special!! Upto the standard and will definitely visit again❤️
