Visitors to Mainova Alentejo are being invited to discover a thoughtfully curated journey through the heritage and flavours of Fonte Santa, where tradition and innovation come together in a single immersive experience. The visit begins in an ancient olive grove, home to centuries-old trees that reflect the deep agricultural roots of the region and the long-standing history of olive cultivation in Alentejo.

As guests wander through the grove, they are introduced to the olive oil production process and the distinct characteristics of different olive varieties. The experience then continues at the estate’s winery, where visitors gain insight into modern winemaking techniques alongside sustainable production practices that shape the estate’s philosophy.

A highlight of the tour is a guided tasting experience that includes wine drawn directly from a stainless steel vat, offering a fresh, unfiltered expression of the harvest.
