We took the two-hour Harbor Lights evening cruise. The views of Manhattan from different angles and the Statue of Liberty at night were truly impressive. The guide was very informative. We arrived at boarding 15 minutes before departure, and the ship was packed with passengers—all the good seats were taken. So if you want a good seat, arrive early. It's not that important, though, as people move around during the cruise, and you're guaranteed great photos and videos. The bar onboard seemed a bit pricey. Honestly, two hours seemed a bit long. Next time, I'd prefer a shorter tour.

Magnificent experience! We did it at the end of our New York trip so we knew a little about the city and we could really enjoy the view (instead of taking pictures all the time). Our tour guide Andy was amazing, he had so much interesting information and some funny jokes, it was a pleasure listening to him. The tour seems long but it’s actually the perfect length to circle around manhattan island. A must do!

Boarding was prompt and there were plenty of seats. They have a snack bar and bar on board so that’s a bonus. It’s a pretty big boat so it’s a comfortable ride. Flying Bobby was our guide and he was entertaining. Great views going out and coming back to the pier. They spent a good deal of time at The Statue of Liberty so you’ll get a ton of great photos.

The views from the boat are gorgeous, the seats are comfortable — there are no downsides in that regard. But the tour guide — the fat one (I don’t know his name) — is a HORRIBLE PERSON WITH A TERRIBLE VOICE!!! Very unpleasant personality. I came with my 1.5-year-old child and a stroller, and he said the stroller was blocking people from passing and that I should leave it somewhere in the corner. But my child was asleep in the stroller, and obviously, I couldn’t just leave him alone. He seated me in the middle, outside near the entrance, and stood right above the stroller with a microphone, speaking very loudly!!! My child kept flinching several times — but that’s not even the main problem. I walked a bit away with the stroller to take some photos of the Statue of Liberty. People were passing by easily, no one said anything. I stood there for about 5 minutes taking pictures of the views. Then he came up to me again, speaking in a loud, annoyed tone, saying I was blocking everyone. I told him I’d just finish taking photos and move, but he called security. He completely ruined the experience!!! I do not recommend going with a stroller, although the views are amazing! It was very upsetting, because I paid the same (and not a small amount) as everyone else — but I was treated like an outcast. i also got a headache from his voice 😒

Had a fabulous trip on The Beast! Prepare to get wet! It was on much fun zooming down the Hudson, then a stop for photos by the Statue of Liberty, before some speedboat donuts and a zoom back. A great trip! Our faces hurt from smiling and laughing so much! We booked as walk up just minutes before the ride, at 1700 in September. I expect busier times you should book in advance. Great friendly staff! Would go again in a heartbeat and highly recommend!
