Organized and quick all around. Getting tickets was a highly detailed process/read during and after purchase. We got CROWN tickets reserved in JULY for our OCTOBER visit. DO NOT slack on this! Have your I.D.’s ready when picking up your tickets on site. Be ready to go through several security checkpoints in a serious fashion! Tip: Don’t rush - there is enough to do and see for three hours on the island (if also doing the Crown Tour). Yes they have food there. The Museum is great too. NPS Staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Top Notch Monument. MANY MANY steps in the CROWN tour - NOT for faint of heart or out of shape!!

The staff were super friendly and made everyone feel welcome right away. We got some great views of the Statue of Liberty, the Brooklyn Bridge, and of course, the Manhattan skyline as the sun set behind it—absolutely stunning.
