She had so much prep done before we met and knew exactly what she wanted to show me in each shop. I learned a lot from her vision & I felt like she understood what I wanted (but also what I maybe didn't realise I wanted / needed) and she went above and beyond to deliver. It was effortless for me and I got the most amazing detailed follow up which would have taken her a lot of time to put together and I REALLY appreciated that level of care.
