We had a really pleasant experience overall. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing from the moment we boarded. The entire trip was well-organized, and everything moved smoothly—from the timely bus pickup to the rest stops and the return drop-off. A special mention to our tour guide, Mr. Kevin Hung, who was exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, always ready to answer any questions or guide us through the activities. His explanations and coordination made the whole journey even more enjoyable. Overall, a seamless and memorable Halong Bay experience that we would definitely recommend.
Cody guide has excellent and he is friendly and taken care of us well and supported whole cruise tour The activity likes, kayaking, cooking, bamboo boating 🚢 is nice. Hotel staff is also very genetal. But we did not have much leaser time to spend in cruise.over all its greatest experience
When we wanted to visit Halong Bay, we had taken La Pandora cruise with Mr Hung as the guide. The entire experience was remarkable. We were initially late to the meeting point due to traffic but the Hung was very supportive, he immediately connected with our cab driver and gave us another spot which helped us meet the bus. During our time in cruise the entire experience was great. All the staff on board was great at treating guests with a smile and politeness which I loved. While doing the activities, the staff did give us a lot of time to enjoy it at our own pace. Overall, the entire experience in Halong Bay was fabulous
The entire cruise was well organized. The food and hospitality was really top notch and way above expectations. The activities planned were also very interesting and fun, we tried all activities and made most of it. The staff and captain were very friendly and tend to all our needs while we were aboard. Our guide Hung (Kevin) was a complete package and so amazing! He entertained us and kept things very lively while also being informative and helpful throughout. He also gave us tips for our remaining holidays in da nang. He also has amazing spring roll making skills. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment the trip began, they were friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about every place we visited — especially the Dark and Bright Cave. The way they explained the history, local stories, and nature around us made the experience so much more special. They managed everything so smoothly — from the boat ride to timing the cave visit perfectly when it was less crowded. Their enthusiasm and kindness made everyone feel comfortable and engaged throughout the journey. Truly grateful for their effort and positive energy — they made my trip unforgettable!
