To start off it is difficult to adequately describe the pristine beauty and sights we experienced today - just wow! Our tour guide ‘Bruce Lee’ was absolutely amazing. His knowledge, passion and enthusiasm in sharing the history and culture of Vietnam was sincerely appreciated. We are travelling as a group of mature sisters who enjoy a drink or three and Bruce ensured we had plenty of opportunities to stop to get extra supplies (beer, wine and mixers) and endured the endless bathroom breaks needed with grace and humour. Highly recommend this tour and make sure you ask for Bruce Lee to be your guide 😀Despite the misty weather, Hoa made the entire trip an absolute memorable one. As a solo traveller, i felt completely safe and I truly appreciated Hoa’s knowledge and the pride for his beautiful country. What I also appreciated was Hoa would inform me in advance when it was appropriate to tip people and how much. Additionally, Hoa made sure i was well catered for during the trip, which included providing an umbrella and poncho in case it rained. I would highly recommend giving this tour a go, you will be in great hands if you are guided by Hoa.The most beautiful experience at our short hub in Hanoi. We are very pleased with the choice of this day trip, where we both came around incense village, ancient capital Hoa Lu and wonderful Ninh Binh (beautiful nature).Great must do experience while in Hanoi. Our guide Nien was very good English speaking tour guide who explained everything we needed to know about the chaotic city including all its history and religion. He made sure everything went smoothly without delay. Boat ride a lot of fun, maybe a little too long though. Local temple was great to learn about the religion. I sense farm was interesting look at local ways with a beautiful opportunity for some great pictures.

Good Experience, we go by our own, use the local bus to reach the spot.

Loved the experience here. The people were welcoming and the guide explained the incence making process

Worth visiting to take a few nice photos but overall a very underwhelming experience. Possibly better if you’re part of a tour and have some guidance or experience surrounding making the incense but the place itself is just a courtyard of incense in patterns. Take a few photos and that’s it! The man at the venue is very sweet but overall the experience requires less than 30 minutes.

We had a fantastic half-day tour with Paul, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke excellent English. He took us to the Conical Hat Village, where we saw the entire hat-making process, tried making one ourselves, and even painted our own. The shop owner was very welcoming, offering us free sweets and coffee. Next, at the Incense Village, we learned how incense is made, got hands-on experience, and took stunning photos at the colorful drying area. Also, Paul took us to Train Street. The tour was fun, interactive, and well-organized—a must-do in Hanoi!
