100% a must do in Hanoi if you’re a coffee lover or even mild coffee enjoyer. Trang was our instructor for the class and was very knowledgeable and personable. The coffees we made were great and I learned a lot about the coffee I drink every day. Would do it again!

I'm glad that I did turn up as there was lack of response on WhatsApp and I thought I didn't get the slot but I was called and told that I can just show up. So, apparently I was the only one that turned up for the slot. Anyway, it was nice to have the 1-to-1 session with Trang. She's friendly, professional and amazing in explaining the history of coffee, its types and demonstrating how to make the coffees. I must say she's doing a great job in learning and speaking English too!

Such a lovely place and amazing experience! Trang was really sweet and explained to us in all the details how to make 5 different types of the vietnamese coffee, along with some coffee history. We really enjoyed and learned a lot of new stuff! The orange coffee was a real discovery for us!

I had booked a coffee workshop in the afternoon and it was an amazing experience. I was taught by Trang, she was cheerful and very knowledgeable. She taught me how to make 5 types of coffee and what is the best way to enjoy them, along with a short history lesson and some banter about what coffee I liked best. I would 100% recommend learning from here. Thank you Trang for the wonderful lesson and coffee!!! PS: If you wish to carry your coffee back to hotel, then bring a bottle or travel cup, although you are free to drink all the coffee you make.

Yesterday I joined a workshop on making Vietnamese egg coffee, and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was warm and friendly, and Trang explained everything in such an engaging and clear way that the learning process felt like pure joy. Now I not only know the story behind this unique drink but can also make it myself. Huge thanks for such an experience – a true gastronomic discovery!
