It can hold a dozen cars. You can east section of the trail is passable only during low tides. You can walk for about half a mile to the west of the parking lot. I would be so nice if a boardwalk could be raised to make the trail passable all the time.

I do not know if it is officially part of the NH Greenway Trail that has one end 🔚 in Portsmouth and goes through North ⬆️ Hampton. I do not think 🤔 ahhhhhhh..... reboot... this trail could be developed like the previously mentioned sections. It goes through an environmentally sensitive bog The tides can get extremely high including the phenomenon known as "king tide" which would submerge the entire Trail. Fellow Google Maps reviewer. Brittany May has pointed out that during high tide parts of the trail can be submerged. I brought my son and he took a fall and got some nasty cuts. Be careful around the old railroad trestles. Bird watchers would love this area! I observed Egrets, crows and pipers, not at the Gates of Dawn! Old railroad 🚂🚃 tracks and utility poles, as well as the current, no 🙂↔️ pun intended, enormous utility towers go along the whole trail. I do not know if 🚲 bikers will enjoy this trail. It may be a challenge here and there. It can get hot 🥵 because there is no shade. There was a breeze off the ocean 🌊. I am going to recommend a visit!

Great trail, very easy

Well maintained and a joy to ride.

As long as you are aware of the tide times, this is a great walk/picnic spot. High tide, at its peak, does flood the trails to where knee high boots or water shoes are needed to continue the path.
