Chef Jacquie took us on an engaging and delicious tour of the Italian market. Her background as a teacher shines through as she delivers the history and regional uniqueness of the dishes we enjoyed. The portion sizes were perfect. We felt like a real part of the area with her as our guide. We’d recommend it to visitors and locals alike!
Chef Jacquie is the best. Her knowledge of the Italian Village was amazing, since she grew up there. She's fun, personable and tells good stories. The food was awesome as well, with a nice mix of different things to give you a good idea of what the village is all about. Kudo's to Chef Jacquie for a job well done. I highly recommend Chef Jacquie's tour whenever you visit the Philadelphia area. I liked it so much I may do it again on my next trip.
The walking food tour of the Italian Market was such a fantastic experience! Chef Jacquie was not only knowledgeable, but also incredibly charismatic and engaging—it was a joy to learn from her along the way. Every stop was delicious, from authentic pizza at Alessandro’s to the best veggie sandwich I’ve ever had at Paisano’s. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated how thoughtful and accommodating she was in making sure everyone felt included. I can’t recommend Chef Jacquie enough—thank you for such a fun and memorable tour!
