Staff was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I (as a first timer) felt comfortable before heading out. The jet skis were in excellent condition—fast, clean, and well-maintained, which made the whole ride feel safe and exciting at the same time. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and plenty of space to really open up the throttle and have fun. We had an amazing time with Miami Jet Ski! The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, but what really made it special was our guide, Alex. He was super funny, personable, and made everyone feel relaxed and excited. He kept us laughing the entire time while still making sure we were safe and confident before heading out. The jet skis were in great shape and the ride itself was a blast. Can’t recommend this place enough! definitely ask for Alex if you want a fun and memorable time on the water!
I recently went on a jet ski tour with Miami Jet Ski Rental, and it was hands down one of the most exhilarating and memorable experiences I've ever had! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Alex was incredibly friendly, professional, and safety-focused. Before we hit the water, he gave a thorough yet easy-to-understand safety briefing and made sure we felt confident operating the jet skis. Alex was knowledgeable and entertaining, pointing out landmarks and sharing local history along the way. There were also plenty of opportunities to open up the throttle and enjoy the speed! The whole experience felt adventurous and we got to take plenty of pictures!! If you're looking for something exciting and fun and you want something a little different to do while you're in the area, I highly recommend booking this tour. It’s worth every penny and then some.
