Pick-up for all pre-rented items begins at 9 a.m. at our shop, with step-by-step directions included in your confirmation email. We offer a flexible cancellation policy that allows a full refund with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please note that early returns are not refundable, and no-shows will be charged the full rental price. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, just give us a call and our team will be happy to assist.
