Houston to Galveston Shuttle service was absolutely spectacular! Our driver, Oscar, was easy to reach and responded quickly and professionally. He took care of our large group traveling from Montana to Galveston for a cruise. Oscar made getting from IAH to Galveston a seamless, enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend hiring them if you’re looking for transportation from Houston to Galveston. This company was trustworthy, reliable, and much better than using a ride share vehicle!
Outstanding service. Our driver, Carl was so courteous and helpful. Arrived ahead of time to pick us up at our hotel and got us to the cruise terminal and was waiting for us when we returned from our cruise. The van was very clean. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. We had 8 people in our group and lots of suitcases. Thanks for a job well done.
Our group of six were extremely satisfied with our trips taken from our hotel in Houston to the cruise ship terminal in Galveston and then our return to the airport. Daniel was early, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. As this was our first trip to the area conversation with him made the time go by quickly. When we returned from our cruise, we got off the ship earlier than planned and didn't have to wait long to be picked up to return to the airport. We would highly recommend this shuttle service and look forward to using their service again in the future.
Shuttle came to pick us up at the house and dropped us off at cruise terminal and picked us up after the cruise. This is the way to go if you have a big group like we did. Driver is professional and safe driver. We will definitely use this company again whenever we have a group more than 6.
The transportation service met our expectations. They had car seats for all the kids. The bus was big for the size of our party (8 people). Oscar was running behind on pick up but was great at communicating. Overall great experience and would book again.
