Your journey begins with arrival at Entebbe, where you’ll overnight at your booked accommodation before setting off the next day for Murchison Falls National Park. Along the way, stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an unforgettable rhino tracking experience, then continue your adventure toward the edge of Kibale Forest. Here, you’ll immerse yourself in nature and enjoy a memorable excursion through the Bigodi wetlands before heading onward to Queen Elizabeth National Park, home to a rich variety of wildlife and stunning landscapes.
From Queen Elizabeth, you’ll transfer to Bwindi via the Ishasha sector, famous for its population of tree-climbing lions. Once in Bwindi, embark on an incredible gorilla trekking experience, meeting these gentle giants in their natural habitat. Afterward, unwind at the serene Lake Bunyonyi before continuing to Lake Mburo National Park for one last taste of Uganda’s diverse wilderness. Charles was an amazing driver and guide! He was kind, courteous, and punctual. He went out of his way to make sure we were able to see the beautiful countries of Uganda and Rwanda on our schedule and purchase souvenirs despite us having bank issues mid-trip! Our 14 days trip through Uganda and Rwanda was simply extraordinary. Planning the journey to fit our interests and needs took lots of work from Patrick, who made the whole process smooth and easy on our side. Patrick was always fully available in no time and followed up with our booking process thoroughly throughout, providing his expert insight in all parts of the process. The accomodation provided was high standard through the whole trip. Our guide Elias was surely the game changer in our experience: he took care of managing all aspects of our trip, making sure everyone’s needs were met at all times. He drove us safely through crowded roads up to challenging off road paths, sharing stories and facts during our transfer times, which just made our whole experience richer. He made sure that we had the best experiences while traveling, on game drive and on tracking experiences. The activity he suggested as addition to our itinerary made it a complete experience. We truly felt like traveling with a trusted friend proudly showing us around his homeland. Webare to Eco Adventure staff, we’ll definitely be back for another leg of this trip! Ronnie King and Patrick Kataama were our tour guides. Both went out of their way to be wonderful hosts. Accommodations were clean, laundry service was available at a few places. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were provided daily. There was always guidance and answers to any questions we had. We always felt safe and their recommendations were spot on. Seeing the Golden Monkeys, Chimpanzees and Gorillas in their natural habitat was an experience like no other! I look forward to next time I'm on another adventure in Uganda to use Eco Adventure Safaris!
we had the most amazing 8 day trip! we started in Rwanda and then went to Uganda for Gorilla trekking and also a safari and chimpanzee trekking. Eco Adventures gave us the most amazing itinerary and all of the hotels were beautiful with great food! Patrick and Robert were our tour guides and were so knowledgeable and friendly. i highly this company and plan to come back again to see other parts of Africa! ❤️
We want to thank you for arranging everything. It was an adventure of a lifetime. We were extremely lucky as my wife and I were the only guests on the Gorilla trek. We had an exclusive trek and it made our encounter with the gorilla family even more special. Also thank you for including the complimentary massages at the lodge. They were very nice after a very gruelling (but exciting) trek through the jungle. It was quiet at the Nkuringo lodge and we were treated like royalty there. We got upgraded to the huge luxury villa with amazing views and fantastic amenities. Also, a very special mention for Charles. We were a little anxious about a 10 hour drive each way. However the road trip was very good. We have travelled a lot and had drivers in many different countries. But we have to say that Charles was the safest driver we have ever had. He was a patient, courteous and extremely careful driver. He was also lovely to spend time with sharing his knowledge of Uganda with us. Thank you.
