It's a very beautiful, mountainous island, where we went biking and really enjoyed the ride while taking in incredible views. The silence is cherished, there are no cars, except for small electric vehicles. The pastry shop near the port, although I don't remember the name, has some incredible desserts.

Excellent place for a day trip from Istanbul. Highly recommended. Try out a burger at Munis restaurant

I really enjoyed the tour of Topkapi with Hal as the guide. It's quite an expensive site to visit, and I'm glad I was able to join this tour to get the most out of my time there. Hal provided lots of interesting details and insights into the history of the palace and the Ottomans in general, that I wouldn't have appreciated if I'd visited alone.

Busra was a great guide. Funny and informative at the same time. we had a lovely time.

Buse was a great tour guide, she knows so much about the topkapi. Also she tells a lot of side knowledge about Istanbul

Our guide Buse was very kind and gave us a great tour through the palace. We learned a lot about the history and she had an answer to every question. She was amazing and we appreciate the afford she puts in the tour. The tour was about two hours.

Mehmet was very knowledgeable and friendly. Really enjoyed the experience.

No nonsense booking counter. Is a little hard to find as it’s a small booth. The embarking of the ferry is a deee for all!

pretty good service 110 lira each for a one way ticket. cash only though! boat was very spacious, large enough to, say, lie down if one feels boat sick or something like that

We visited Heybeliada, a small hilly island full of flowers and blessedly free of noise. Cars here are exclusively electric, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. 🌿 The beaches, however, were a bit of a disappointment for me—coming from Croatia, I’m not used to seeing so many green algae in the water. Honestly, if I could give negative ratings just for that, I probably would. 🥲 What really shocked me was the beach price: 1000 TL per person! 🤯 But on the bright side, Heybeliada is home to what I believe is the best bakery and pastry shop in all of Turkey 🥰. It’s located right by the pier where the ferry arrives. Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name, but it’s absolutely unforgettable.
